Get digital help, give digital help – a mini workshop for Elders
Thursday 26th May 2.30-4.00 pm at the Plus Centre, Memorial Church
We are working with Rowntree Close residents (next to the Church) and anyone that is not so young, to introduce you to a learning scheme called ‘Learn My Way’. This is to build up skills and confidence with digital skills such as booking appointments, seeing family snaps, finding out about local activities and news. Our digital champions project is about learning and also sharing. We are hoping that once you learn something you can help someone else with it.
The Plus Centre is in Memorial Church and we will have laptops and computers and help on hand. The workshop is being run by two people from Skills Enterprise and PSBL staff and volunteers will be there. There will be refreshments of course!
